Biden Liberalism is one of the most powerful establishment decks in the game. While intended for Biden, it can be used by any custom candidate, and especially for those that want to make sweeping policy decisions, while having every major political asset afforded to them. Making it an ideal choice for those that want to be at the top of their political game.
This card set was introduced as part of the original playtest alongside several other essential card sets on February 21st, 2024 (see: Patch Notes).
Introduction
 Biden Liberalism is the ideal deck for sitting Presidents that want to pass sweeping legislation into office.

Card Types
Neutral
These cards can be taken advantage of by anyone when used, and are preferable when you don't have much of a strong deck to play, or when you may simply have the stronger position or candidate stats to back it up. The Unity Over Division in particular is good at cementing your advantage, this will be helpful around election dates in Primaries or at the end of Presidential Races.
Enthusiasm
When it comes to shaping enthusiasm, there are 2 different enthusiasm operatives to do so, with 2 of the best ways for racking up enthusiasm, you will surely have a significant change of bolstering your national profile. Combine this with 3 celebrity endorsements under your belt should you need the national boost, and you will be well ahead of the game. Keep in mind you won't have any ways to remove your opponent's enthusiasm with this deck. The Farmers Aid endorsement is unique to the Biden deck and will help aid in the agricultural Midwest, or obscure states such as Indiana and Mississippi.
Defense
When it comes to countering problematic cards, getting a lock on the situation with Fixers and Maverick Reformers is pertinent to curbing your opponent's most valuable tools. Keep note of how many Fixers and Maverick Reformers that may have been expended, as it will be important to space them out should opponents use it as an opening to plop down endorsements, or other powerful cards that may give them a crucial opening.
Should you need to secure an endorsement, the Spy Network can be used to waste an enemy Fixer and will be helpful in stopping opponents from trying to thwart your state operations allowing for nasty surprises on your opponent. Because of the sheer amount of Lobbying Teams and Endorsements that the Biden Liberalism deck offers, the player will have the upper hand when it comes to controlling the pace of card removals throughout the game. Unlike the Establishment Democrat deck, there are 2 Bodyguards that you can be used to the player's advantage.
Offense
The Crooked Prosecutor is one of the best cards when it comes to simply securing an advantage. Not only can it be used right before an election, but unless they have a Bodyguard they will be short a turn, missing out on crucial political opportunities, speeches, and most importantly: valuable campaign time. Additionally an Annoying Lawyer can be used to set up traps in a state to expend an opponent's stamina, or an Insider Volunteer to steal an opponet's card.
Furthermore should you need to get a turn ahead of your opponent, you have 2 Presidential Scheduling cards to use, which act as another turn by themselves when you add it onto your current stamina, making it one of the very best cards in the game.
Operatives
The operatives from the classic Political Machine series are here! Unlike the other decks, this deck only contains 2 Expert Spin Doctors, helping change the tilt of even the most competitive of states. These are powerful tools in primaries, and can hold as much weight as certain Think Tank HQ upgrades making them effective for changing the margins on the map.
Speeches
When it comes to getting the most out of your speeches, you have a Stump Speech Expert and 2 Speech Personalizers, that when timed and placed well, can be used to increase your speed effectiveness by 50%. Thankfully speech cards are low on the totem pole when it comes to cards your opponent will try to counter, meaning you will be able to get constant mileage out of them when they are effectively used.
Endorsements
When it comes to getting a 2% boost across the map and bringing important issues to the top of the state table, with strong issue scores to boot, then these issue Endorsements will be your most crucial step towards affecting the state of the race. Your opponents, players and AI included, will make high priority of these cards, so secure and time them wisely!
Exclusively, you have two Build Back Betters which act as super endorsements, affecting your issue score on 4 issues at once, while at a cheap Political Cost of 4 PC. This makes the Biden Liberalism deck the most endorsement packed deck in the game, boasting 7 different endorsements, more endorsements than you could count Fixers and Maverick Reformers.
Political Capital
These are some of your best cards when it comes to giving you the direct upper hand. Not only is your Lobbying Team a powerful means of racking up PC gain, but should your opponent ignore it, you will be seeing your political capital double or even tripled throughout the course of the entire game, making them centralizing factors in determining what goes on behind the scenes in the presidential race. Unlike other decks, you get three of the best cards for Political Capital generation in the game.
Should you need to attack your opponent's Political Capital, make use of the Fact Check card to decrease their PC.
Cash
If you need a quick cash infusion, plop down a Big Donor or Donation Drive to save yourself valuable stamina and turns in fundraising, or maximize your fundraisers with the Event Coordinator to build up a campaign war chest that will last throughout the entire game. You might not even need Consulting Offices should you land one of these cards early in the game, and should you need to save on HQ building, you can apply the Builders Union card to help your resolve.
