The Drain the Swamp card is a Trump Populism exclusive card that takes the concept of the Fixer and Maverick Reformer and applies it nationwide. Removing even intangible passive effects that appear on the sidebar. Making it one of the ultimate trump cards in the game. Due to its powerful and one-use nature, it should be timed to expend as much of your opponent's resources as possible, allowing you to completely turn the table should your opponent build up an entrenched advantage.
However it is not without its flaws, it will remove all cards, even yours. Calculating this sacrifice will be paramount towards effective execution and formulating a counter-gameplan.
Strategy
As this is one of the most powerful cards in the game, your opponents will struggle to play around it, and will have to plan to not be dependent on any operatives accordingly, should you roll and then decide to play one of these cards. Making it one of the most unpredictable game-changing elements that exists in the political arena, owing to its unapologetic outsider status. Giving a good look at the map, making your sacrifices accordingly, and then taking advantage of the new holes in your opponent's game plan will be key.
