The Hire the Right People is one of three state Political Capital generators to the game alongside the Lobbyist and Lobbying Team. Unlike the Lobbyist and Lobbying Team, it costs significantly more, and only appears in the Trump Populism deck. Its Political Capital generation is equivalent to three max level Power Broker Suites, saving you up to 48 Stamina, and $3,000,000 in expenses.
Strategy
While you may not be able to take advantage of this card early on due to its higher cost nature, it is more susceptible towards Fixers and Maverick Reformers. Furthermore you should keep its operations subtly hidden under the watchful eyes of players. Consider placing it in states such as Alaska, and Maine where players may not look, or on top of other existing cards that your opponent may have already disregarded to avoid an early fate.
Should you land this card, your Political Capital could nearly triple overnight if you don't have any Networking HQs. If Hire the Right People is active throughout the entire game, it may be responsible alone for netting you up to 81 Political Capital in the course of an entire game. Consider it the ultimate form of Intelligence and strongest Political powerhouses in the entire game.
