Although not to be confused with Endorsements affecting issue score, which similarly grant 2% boosts nationwide, these are cheaper and go off instantly, making them great ways to give your campaign a good push.
After casting your endorsement, you may see a message in the news ticker saying ""Slammin'" Sammy Jacobs, best known for that sports game winning play, was caught talking to a political candidate."
Strategy
Celebrity Endorsements are surefire ways to boost turnout nationwide. After using a celebrity endorsement you will gain a 2% boost nationwide. However keep in mind that if you aren't using Ads or Enthusiasm HQs then you will be at a loss when it comes to enthusiasm.
If you want to retain the support after your endorsement, try to have a ground-game in place, making Celebrity Endorsements particularly more effective in the mid as opposed to early game, as opposed to the early game where your beginning 5% may dissipate to zero after some turns.
