== Strategy ==

Unlike the Fixer, this card will deal with stacked and targeted effects, should you encounter any problems along the way.

This is in every single deck alongside Fixers, however you may only get a handful of these operatives, meaning you will need to use them wisely and make their efforts count. Your opponent may be more keen to push the advantage if they know you do not have any Fixers or Maverick Reformers.

Typically, you will encounter many opportunities to use the Maverick Reformer when you see opponents making tall plays to take states such as [[Texas]], [[Florida]], or hard to contest states such as [[Pennsylvania]]. You can disrupt your opponent's economic cards by plopping a Maverick Reformer into [[California]] if you see your opponents catching up to you in monetary power.
