The Cheerleaders from the original series are here. And they provide 1% more enthusiasm than the Consultant which it replaces.

There is another form of the Cheerleader, known as the [[Cheersquad]] which provides 10% enthusiasm per turn, and the [[Rally Rouser]] which adds a 30% one-time boost towards a state.

If you are looking for an operative that subtracts enthusiasm, look at the [[Intimidator]], [[Expert Intimidator]], or alternatively the [[Petition Team]] which does both.

== Strategy ==

Enthusiasm operatives are some of the most passive ways to tilt the advantage in your favor throughout the game. Use it to build up the ground game for important primary and electoral states, on top of forcing your opponent to play defense in unfamiliar states, or shore up support in relatively leaning states. Plan the enthusiasm in advance, to ensure that the operatives gets the most mileage out of their crusade.
