The Endorsements from the previous Political Machine games are back. Like Ideology Tree nodes, you can expect a 2% enthusiasm boost, and a -20 boost towards your issue score on this particular issue.

If the endorsement succeeds, you will see a message saying {OwnerName} was able to secure the endorsement from the Sentencing Reform Council.

Strategy

Powerful Endorsements that help your issue scores are some of the most expensive cards to play in the game, and expectantly will come with some of the highest priority from the player and AI, who will make any number of attempts to ensure you do not change the map in your favor.

Pay attention to where this issue matters in on your state, and synergize its effects with ads to play into your advantage. Not only will you flip states, but you will change your opponents priorities who may now be forced to campaign on the issues that you're setting for the campaign table.

Just be sure to guard them with a Spy Network should you depend on it to change your standings. Waiting to play it until other players have endorsements (especially in Primaries) is also an advisable strategy. Just keep in mind that you will need to give yourself 2 turns in advance to get it out, meaning you cannot place it down a turn right before election day.
