The Unsavory Donor is your one stop shop towards generating significant amounts of Cash. Unlike the Big Donor, it brings in more cash with a catch: it subtracts -1% enthusiasm nationwide. The funds that one may net from an Unsavory Donor is equivalent to an entire California fundraiser when combined with a max level Economic Impact Group at max Enthusiasm, making it a solid choice to bring in extra revenue.
Strategy
Like most cash cards, these are immediate ways to save you turns on Fundraising and Stamina. A great option for early-game maneuvers that otherwise would not be possible without taking a loss in enthusiasm. Use it to grant more flexibility on your turns so that you can spend Stamina on other ventures instead, for in the political world - time is most certainly money.
The Unsavory Donor has more quirks as the player has to account for the trade of enthusiasm when using the card, meaning its timing and campaign infrastructure will be necessary to bounce back from the unintended effects that casting an Unsavory Donor may provide.
