The Donation Drive is your one quick stop towards generating Cash. Alternatively its bigger brother, the Big Donor, is a stronger option for generating cash and may be present in decks that do not include the Donation Drive by default, however at the cost of more Political Capital. The cash that one may net from a Donation Drive is equivalent to an entire California fundraiser, making it a solid choice to bring in extra revenue.
Conversely there is the Unsavory Donor which generates a larger amount of cash at the expense of Enthusiasm.
Strategy
Like most cash cards, these are immediate ways to save you turns on Fundraising and Stamina. A great option for early-game maneuvers that otherwise would not be possible without taking a loss in enthusiasm. Use it to grant more flexibility on your turns so that you can spend Stamina on other ventures instead, for in the political world - time is most certainly money.
