Fighting ISIS is one of the many divisive issues of American politics.

Description

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria is a terrorist organization operating in Syria and Iraq. Involved in the civil war in Syria, ISIS is known for its brutal terrorist attacks, including the destruction of monuments and the beheading of hostages. Fighting ISIS is a complicated matter, and could involve risking U.S. troops in the Middle East, or supporting parties in the Middle East whose goals we might not share.
