Drought Assistance is one of the many divisive issues of American politics.
Description
Many parts of the country are suffering through serious droughts, most notably California. Although little can be done to make it rain, the government can invest in infrastructure to better capture new sources of water. Additionally, new regulations can mandate increased water efficiency in the residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors.
